These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website. if you do not agree to all the Terms of Use and privacy statement set forth below, do not use the website. Note that Huensystem products are governed solely by the End User License Agreement under which they are sold or licensed. The Terms of Use shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of South Korea. The Terms of Use gives you specific legal rights; you may have others that vary from state to state and from country to country. You and Huensystem agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, this Court in any such legal action or proceeding. Huensystem reserves all rights not specifically granted in the Terms of Use.
